We are here at SXSW, the world’s leading music industry event, with over 1400 new, up-and-coming and also established artists all being thrown into a creative melting pot and given a place to show their talents to the world’s industry. From junior talent scouts up to the presidents of major labels you will can find anyone who is anyone in Austin this week. 

So, thats a quick idea of the music side of things - but you’ll be able to find more details about that on thousands of blogs. So what of the food? Well we will be giving you a few posts while we’re out here of anything food related that has got us excited.

Yesterday it was the “Tears of Joy” Hot Sauce shop! A store that only sells bottles of hot sauce, and there must have been a thousand varieties to choose from, from the respectable “Virginia Gentleman” to some rather more exotic flavours and labels! We took some pictures…
